Welcome! Here's a little story about how I came to be called a life artist.

I'm a cis female, neurodivergent, late-diagnosed with ADHD. A multi-passionate entrepreneur, I wear many hats - wife, mom, friend, and relentless dream chaser.

I've always found joy in the art of gifting and serving from the heart. Maybe that's why I can't just do one thing; I have to do all the things.

For the past two decades, I've been crafting hair as a stylist, and for the last decade, I've proudly called myself an independent salon owner. But beyond the chair, my passions stretch far and wide.

I'm also an artist, using brushes and colors to paint both on canvas and in the hearts of those around me. As a health and wellness coach I curate products and tools that help my clients. I'm dedicated to guiding others towards their best selves. And as a life and mindset coach, I'm on a mission to empower others to break free from self-limiting beliefs and embrace their full potential.

Yoga, movement, and meditation are not just practices for me; they're pathways to inner peace and self-discovery. That's why I'm also an educator in these transformative disciplines.

Currently, I'm diving into the world of cognitive behavior therapy, eager to deepen my understanding of the human mind and how we can rewrite our stories for a happier, more fulfilling life.

If you've found your way here, chances are there's a connection waiting to be made. Whether it's through a fresh hairstyle, a wellness journey, a mindset shift, or a moment of stillness on the mat, I'm here, ready to walk alongside you on your path to growth and self-discovery.

Let's create something beautiful together.

The difference between coaching & therapy

Understanding the difference can really help you decide what kind of support you might need at different times in your life. A coach, like myself, focuses primarily on helping you identify your goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and optimize your overall performance and personal growth. It's about pushing forward, setting actionable plans, and maximizing your potential in both personal and professional arenas.

A therapist, on the other hand, tends to work more with your past and your emotional landscape to help you heal and resolve deeper issues. They are trained to deal with complex emotional challenges and can help you understand and overcome old traumas, mental health issues, and deep-seated emotional pain. Therapy is often about healing and dealing with the past to improve your mental and emotional well-being.

Both roles are crucial, but they serve different purposes. Coaches propel you forward, while therapists help you heal and understand your past. You decide whether you need either or both. You choose your path and and destination, and if it includes coaching, I'll help you get where you need to be.

A temporary hiatus from yoga due to a broken tailbone led me to mindfulness-based meditation and stress reduction. This shift in focus prompted me to reassess my yoga practice, realizing the need to delve deeper into it. You see, I'm the kind of person who goes all in or not at all.

Life took me on a transformative journey, including self-employment, which granted me the freedom to pursue my 200-hour yoga teacher training. With unwavering support from my husband, family, friends, and clients, I juggled my business responsibilities while immersing myself in teaching classes and volunteering monthly to assist with yoga teacher training programs—an act of gratitude towards my own teachers.

It was during this period that I discovered a profound passion not only for teaching yoga but also for mentoring aspiring teachers. In 2018, I broke through personal barriers and embarked on a solo-travel and study adventure, spending a total of six weeks in San Francisco, California, studying with my favorite teacher—thanks to resources like Yoga Journal and online platforms like YogaGlo, bridging the geographical gap.

The whirlwind experience left an indelible mark, forever altering my perspective and teaching approach. It served as both inspiration and validation of my capacity to inspire others.

In 2019, I launched my mentorship program alongside a series of advanced intensives for yoga teachers. But fear not, my dear friends, I remain committed to teaching non-teachers as well.

Every student and teacher I've encountered on this journey has not only brought me immense joy but also invaluable lessons, shaping me into the teacher and person I am today
