its time to live on purpose

are you stuck?

Maybe not stuck physically, but stuck in the cycle of obligations, routines, and expectations. Your calendar might be packed—but is it filled with what you want, or is it a checklist of compliance to everyone else’s demands?

And I say this as someone whose schedule is quite literally shaped by my clients and my kid. So trust me when I tell you: you need to be intentional about creating the conditions for how you want your days to look.

Take a moment today and ask yourself:

  • Is your routine intentional—or accidental?

  • Is your schedule designed by you, or dictated by others?
(For example, does checking your email derail your entire workday? If so, it’s time to block out your priorities before letting the emails, texts, and “quick requests” take over. No plan? Well... then it becomes someone else’s plan.)

  • Are you living on purpose—or living someone else’s purpose?

Far too often, we delay our own joy and fulfillment, waiting on external factors:

“When I have the confidence...”
“When I finally get the money...”
“When things calm down...”

But here’s the truth: Confidence, clarity, even happiness—none of these are prerequisites. They are results of action. They’re built, not gifted.

If you’re feeling stuck, it might be because you’re waiting for perfect conditions to start. But what if you chose to start anyway?

This week, reflect on:

✅ Why did last week look the way it did?
✅ Whose dream are you living—yours, or someone else’s?
✅ What’s the real goal you’re aiming for—not the circumstances, but the purpose?

Clarity doesn’t come from waiting. Confidence doesn’t magically appear.
They come from moving forward, refining skills, and choosing to live intentionally—starting today.

So stop waiting. Start doing.
Live on purpose.
Your future self will thank you.
